Accepting Admissions for Year 2025-26

Offering grades JK to Grade 2 and likely to start Grade 3 to Grade 5 depending upon the number of registrations!

Al-Hayaat School is a newly established Islamic elementary school that aims to address the needs of high quality education blended with strong character and moral development of future generations based on Islamic principles. The first school year is planned to commence from academic year 2025-2026.

Location: The school will be located at 1095 Bleams Rd, Petersburg, ON, N0B 2H0 (link to Maps), close to the intersection of Trusler Road and Ottawa Street. The closest Highway 8 intersection is at Trusler Road.

Principal

We are happy to welcome Ms. Alaa Namus as the school principal. She is an experienced educator and dedicated leader committed to fostering academic excellence and Islamic values. She holds a Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Currently, she’s pursuing a Certification in School Management and Leadership (CSML).

Her teaching career includes university-level teaching assistance, Conestoga College’s LINC program, and running her own online school for teaching English for Academic Purposes. Through this, she has guided students in their academic and personal growth.

As Principal of Al-Hayaat School, Ms. Alaa Namus is dedicated to creating a faith-centered and engaging learning environment that empowers students to excel academically and spiritually.
